來自新北市的蓁晴，就是卡洛動品牌一路走來的支持者，不論是新產品或是活動的推出，熱愛游泳的蓁晴都會積極參與。蓁晴是一位多才多藝的平面設計師，在社團裡您一定看過她分享在蛙鞋上塗鴉的浪漫，15年前就開始有游泳習慣，因為跑步昏倒，檢查出心肌萎縮，醫生說不能運動，蓁晴也就真的不敢運動了，但每一年萎縮幅度卻不小，後來有一天突然想到應該讓心臟適量的心跳加速一下，就開始規律去游泳，跟女兒一起學蛙式，持續游泳一年後，再檢測發現游泳帶給蓁晴的第一個禮物，就是心肌萎的症狀減緩，蓁晴就開始持續游泳並堅持早上游泳晚上走路，但人生的考驗卻沒有放緩腳步，四年前健康檢查竟然發現罹患肝癌，但她確認為不應該躺在病床上，更堅持游泳抗癌，提升免疫力抵抗力!泳者無懼的精神讓我們真的體悟到生命之脆弱，唯有堅毅不拔之信心才可以讓自己更加強大。

參加這個活動很有意義，就跟日月潭泳渡一樣，是自己跟自己比賽，因為我要回診治療，所以我只是參賽，真的沒想到可以至今維持30幾天，我仍然不間斷每天游泳，以往一個月都會休個幾天，天氣對我來說不影響游泳，雨天我也是游，水溫低我也是游，我喜歡戶外池，只要戶外池沒有關閉，氣溫再低都一樣是戶外池，參與這次的比賽，天氣和氣溫對我來說我不足以阻擋我游泳，比較有挑戰的是自我的堅持和耐力，因為罹患肝癌，其實體力有時還是處於很疲憊的狀態，每天要起床出門到泳池一直到下水前那一刻都是掙扎的，但這個比賽真的激勵我的毅力大幅提升，和全省愛游泳的泳友互動很有趣，賽後依然期望自己可以維持這個步調持續前進。

人在年輕的時候總是比較膚淺，對於人生的幸福定義，可以住多大的房子、找到一個好工作賺多少錢，或許嫁一個有錢的老公、娶一個漂亮賢慧的太太人生就很圓滿，但生活給人的考驗確總是出其不意的驚喜，人平安健康活著，就是一種幸福，一種希望，謝謝蓁晴這麼堅持「泳不放棄」之精神，希望分享鼓勵更多熱愛生命追求健康之心。
